Election Day November 8th and Voter Fraud

Which is worse … fraudulently informing potential voters of how to vote or felons voting ? When Minnesotans go to the polls on November 6, 2012, they will decide whether to require a voter to show an acceptable form of identification for future elections … yet the two problems suggested above will not be resolved
